We are a union of workers at Democracy Works, fulfilling the promise of a more equitable, sustainable, and democratic organization.
We are proud members of The NewsGuild-CWA, local 31222. We formed the DWC to build a democratic and representative workplace by:
Centering equity
Establishing collective decision-making processes
Prioritizing accountability and transparency
