On this Election Day, we, the Democracy Workers Collective, reaffirm our commitment to integrity, transparency, and trust. Our unit is dedicated to delivering accurate and accessible election information to our users and partners—principles that define our work and drive every action we take.

As we prepared for this important day, DWC remains steadfast in advocating for fair wages, opportunities for advancement, and equitable treatment for all. Protecting our union members is essential, as our hard work and dedication form the foundation of our efforts. We find ourselves at a pivotal moment in our bargaining process, with key discussions on the horizon. Together, we are resolute in our goal to secure a contract that reflects the true value of our collective work and advocates for a just workplace, fair treatment, and a meaningful voice for all union members.

Today, as we celebrate the democratic process, we also honor the strength and commitment of each of our members—the backbone of our collective success. Every one of our members’ efforts has made it possible to provide accurate election guidance to hundreds and deliver post-election information to many more, ensuring, to the best of our ability, that the right data is accessible to all on Election Day and beyond.Happy Election Day!
